Started ed coan deadlifting programme today after having around 5 weeks
Of 100% deadlift training and this was the result

20kg x lots
70kg x 5
120kg x 3
140kg x 2
150kg x 1 and was slow!!
165kg x 1 and was even slower off the floor! Was supposed to do a second rep but I'll start the f**king thing again next week since this week was dreadful

Speed deadlifts
132.5kg x 8
132.5kg x 8
132.5kg x 8
Really happy my back isn't hurting as much from deadlifts this week hallilujah!

Stiff leg deadlfts

i have come to a conclusion. i am gonna concentrate on being a fanny bodybuilder for a couple of months or so to wait untill my back/glutes are back 100% again.

i was actually going to do 140kg x 10 but it was too light. so i thought i would go and do 160kg x 10 Wink and probebly not tony. sets of 10 are the worst.!
