160kg x 1very fast rep, failed second rep because I fell backwards abit, it hurt my bench aswell.
160kg x 1 fast rep again but was absolutely fried after this!

Ok session but that's what you get when you train alone.

axels fine now mate Happy, no problem with it i dont think gonna give it a shot on wednesday to see if i can deffo get 85kg Happy

LOL! It's just a BW log for my fat ass Grin Your doing 85 at 78kg! Beast!
Axle was my best event before and i struggled with it the other day Unhappy Think i might take a leaf out of your book and try an actual log/axle medley with a lighter weight Happy

first rep on 160kg was fast and then on second rep i was going to do it but then i fell backwards abit and went back down and then i tried to get back up and then i couldnt haha and i didnt have the bars in to drop the weight onto them so 2 men had to come over and help the bar off my back!
