did a little sandbag work aswell

Bench Press

Close Grip Bench press
70kg x 5

70kg x 6

skull crushers
30kg x 6
30kg x 6
30kg x 6

did about 2 minutes on the rowing machine as fast as i could after all this and i was nackerd!!!

clean and press conditioning with 50kg

rowing machine 500m rest 500m as fast as i could. which wasnt fast... at all!

Did some stuff on the machines for legs aswell

6,12,25 circuit on biceps for the crack
