Incline Bench Press
60kg x 5
90kg x 2, f3
85kg x 4, f5
80kg x 6

Dumbell Flyes and Dumbell Press Circuit thing
Dumbell Press x 6 + Dumbell Flyes x 6
1 minute rest
Repeat 3 times but couldnt be bothered doing the 3rd dumbell press so i just sticked to doing 6 dumbell flyes Happy
