I have been training now for 9 months and have just recently done a powerlifting competition in Bournemouth and wonGrin i also broke the British record for Squat aswell with 150kg i have another powerlifting competition lined up on the 12th December. But after that competition i am starting strongman and my mentors Ben France And Hixxy are teaching me Wink

Thanks a lot mate yeah i was saying to hixxy in the car i cannot wait till the day i start repping 200kg on deadlifts and 10 minutes later i did it lol was happy at that
