Yes mate, it's perfectly safe and it does help a little. Dont pay through the nose for stupid bulls**t mixes or anything. Just get 'Creapure' from Myprotein. It's cheap as chips. Just be aware that you might add a few pounds of bodyweight if you have a powerlifting comp coming up. | ||
