Farmers Walk 100kg x 20m easy peasy didnt do anymore but i just wanted to see how it was as its on the comp Yoke Conans training thing 154kg x 10 meters didnt do any more as i find this quit easy. strict press 60kg x 1 60kg x 2 60kg x 5 PB good session XD | ||

Squat= 180kg maybe but i will still be happy with a 170kg Push Press= 100kg Bench Press= 110kg Deadlift= 215kg Log= 90kg!!! this wont happen though lol dont know why i have set goals to be honest just bored | ||
