sure lol, go for it Happy my m8 has this problem but much worse, however he is deading like.. over 300 n squatting near 3 lol

Gay tight shirt is so you can see my spine a wee bit better. Hope the accent ain't too thick. Another thing would be that on the way up, imagine you're pushing your shoulders into the bar.

thanks m8, i have tight hamstrings/ass or something so my hams feel like theyre going to tear or something when i stick my ass out, any suggestions? i stretch my ass today by putting foot over my knee then pulling knee to face lol

That ass stretch is good. I neglect my flexibility so am beginning to get the same problem. Some trainers will pooh pooh this method but I find that it's really good is...
I sit on the floor with my legs straight out in front of me.
I arch my back and push my ass out like in the video.
Start slowly reaching forward down my legs making sure to keep my back arched, butt stuck out, legs as straight as possible and toes pointing upwards.
Holding the stretch for 3 minutes stretches the muscle as fully as can be stretched but even 30 or so seconds helps if you do it every couple of days.

I personally think that squatting itself using the method helps if you do it for the warmups going as low as you can go before your butt turns under. For me it took a while but as time went on and with practice it got better.

I suffer the tight hamstrings and glutes like you do it's a f**kin' nightmare.

3 minutes christ, but if it prevents tears and s**t its hella worth it lol, ty ill start this tomorrow perhaps. if im not in pain lol

I find it ultra boring more than anything else. Yeah 3 minutes is roughly how long it should take to stretch the muscle fully. D.O.M.S. stops me doing it too haha.

yeah it didnt feel fast whilst doing it though lol, it allways amazes me at how effortless and easy played back video's appear to be.
