But you were moving about like mad from rep 1 , theres definitely room for improvement technique wise , which you should take as a positive really . If you can sort it out you are going to lift more.

na i got this idea from babyslayer, want even hungry so its ok. had a 70g protein shake when i got in anyways n almost spewed lol. turns out it was 4.86 miles. i am dissapoint, but i was like like 20-25mph the first 2 miles or so tbh then slowed right down hams were f**king killing and stupid uphill lol

now then mate been watching this log for a while now as a guest.
take it looking at your vids you train at grants i was at there seminar the other week as its the bishop grants i train at.
keep up the hard training.

also all my PB are for no less than 3reps just it wouldnt let me put that when adding them havnt did 1 rep max yet the guy who does my training tells me what to do lol
