One arm hammer strength row. 20x12 40x12 60x12 80x15 easy seated bicep curl 15x10 ea arm drop setted and super setted to hammer curl 10x10 ea arm one arm preacher curl but on a bench that was almost upright 10x10 ea arm | ||

Arnt you scared of catabolism? na i got this idea from babyslayer, want even hungry so its ok. had a 70g protein shake when i got in anyways n almost spewed lol. turns out it was 4.86 miles. i am dissapoint, but i was like like 20-25mph the first 2 miles or so tbh then slowed right down hams were f**king killing and stupid uphill lol | ||
