just a quick update, im 18st/18st 1 every morning and have been for the past couple weeks, its real weight not water weight, some fat and some muscle, my guess is my legs haev packed f**k loads on seeing as though all my clothes are getting tight -.-! but im gonna be cutting down slightly i hope

i donjt know but i came extremely close to s**tting myself today. u wouldent believe how much effort i put in, i somtimes stand at the bar for a good 2 or 3 mins just to feel that moment when im ready lol

and i failed a 190kg max at the knees i think 4 weeks ago so i may max next week.. probably go 60x8 100x3 120x1 140x1 170x1 190x1 then if i have more in the tank well see from there :P

you may have noticed that since last week ive started deadlifting twice a week, the wednesday will be a heavy max triple, and the squat day i will be adding 5kg every week for sets of 8, when i don't reach 8 reps i shall stick to that weight until 8 is done once or twice.

i dont know why my benching has been so s**te recently i felt good today but as soon as i got under the bar at 90 i knew today was gonna be s**t, maybe its because i did strict pressing, push pressing and some heavy close grips on thursday, who knows!
oh yeah and i've also added shoulders to my training rotation as of last week. they are quite fun to train Happy.

I think it's very hard to get everything moving up at the same time. You're hitting plenty of other prs in other lifts which is awesome. I'm sure that it'll come back round to your pressing eventually.

bench is/has/will allways be my favourite lift lol i would even be a bench only guy one day if it ever gets that good Tongue

and it may just be that my body is using a lot more energy to recover, as i've deadlifted twice a week the past 2 weeks, which is pretty brutal on the body lol

oh yh also i got this f**king stabby pain during my second working set of bench, its like in my upper back hurts hwen i move my neck and breath etc, ive had this a couple times from the shrug machine. takes the piss but it discipates after a couple days.

feel a little tired and im down 2 pounds, not complaining.
back is not recovered so rather than deadlifting twice a week as i have been doing for the past 2 weeks ill stick to once a week and add more volume as i have today, with axle deads.
