Member 2141, 289 posts SQ 140, BP 120, DL 200460.0 kgs @ 114kgs UnEq | 18/05/2011 felt a little tired but gr8 session 60x8 100x3 120x3 140x1 160x1 180x3 this is my 1 rep max currently. soo yeah. well i knew i could do more than 180 but i havent yet, as i failed to go any higher on my last maxing session. winna. hammerstrength pulls 40x8 80x8 120x8 145x6 tried some band assisted pullups, they f**king SUCK, never again. cable low row 65x8 75x8 85x8 hammerstrength row 40x8 80x8 120x8 140x8 e-z bar curl 30x8 30x8 drop setted to 20x2.. arms are f**king dead lol. havent done biceps in 3 weeks cycle home, done. and for the first time in a few weeks im under 18 stone, had the biggest crap in the history of man, down to 17 12. | ||

PR, did 140x8 the week before, winner. legpress 60x8 100x8 140x8 180x8 220x8 300x2 pr i guess i have never done over 260 on leg press before. i like to press deep to, give the safety guards a cheeky touch . leg curl 50x8 50x8 50x8 standing calf raise 40x8 40x8 seated calf raise 20x8 40x8 40x8 40x8 hard, fast cycle home. you may have noticed that since last week ive started deadlifting twice a week, the wednesday will be a heavy max triple, and the squat day i will be adding 5kg every week for sets of 8, when i don't reach 8 reps i shall stick to that weight until 8 is done once or twice. | ||

You're hitting plenty of other prs in other lifts which is awesome. I'm sure that it'll come back round to your pressing eventually. | ||

I'm sure that it'll come back round to your pressing eventually. bench is/has/will allways be my favourite lift lol i would even be a bench only guy one day if it ever gets that good and it may just be that my body is using a lot more energy to recover, as i've deadlifted twice a week the past 2 weeks, which is pretty brutal on the body lol oh yh also i got this f**king stabby pain during my second working set of bench, its like in my upper back hurts hwen i move my neck and breath etc, ive had this a couple times from the shrug machine. takes the piss but it discipates after a couple days. | ||

Member 2141, 289 posts SQ 140, BP 120, DL 200460.0 kgs @ 114kgs UnEq | 25/05/2011 feel a little tired and im down 2 pounds, not complaining. back is not recovered so rather than deadlifting twice a week as i have been doing for the past 2 weeks ill stick to once a week and add more volume as i have today, with axle deads. deadlift 60x8 100x3 140x3 160x1 175x4, didnt try 5th because i know for a fact i wouldn't of got it and didnt want that sore dissapointing feeling in my back lol. rather than going up weight today for my max set i went down a little, was aiming for 5 reps, didnt get, no biggie axle deadlift 78x5 118x5 138x5 158x2 first time axle deading and i like it. i got big hands dawggg i was absolutely wa**ered and my head was like a f**king water fountain so i took 5 mins rest on the couch haha. underhand pull downs. (going to lockout every time, no swing) (just like chin ups but im too obese to get good sets of chins out, so working towards this 30x8 60x8 70x8 80x6 hammerstrength row 80x8 120x8 cable low row 60x8 60x8 held last rep nice feel/squeeze e-z bar curl(flawless form, dead start arms locked out each rep) 20x8 25x8 pretty happy with today at the moment the heaviest i have pulled is 180kg, ive done it for a triple last week and i am not maxing until i feel as though i will deffinately pull 200, im aiming for this before july. | ||
