Take it from someone who's finally had it hammered into her head; you'll have to drop the squat weight to fix it, but you'll end up stronger for it. Hammer something else if it's hard to stomach,and be thankful you're not this guy (yet)

not for a long while bro... im hoping that the variation and added shoulders to my routine will maintain or even help me gain onm my chest shoulders n triceps. so i doubt ill get it b4 the year is up.. as im cutting to 100kg ish :|, but the morning i hit 100 im going to f**king mega bulk back to 120 and my bench should be 160-180 lol

Bit optimistic isn't it, 20kg weight gain and 20kg gain on your previous bench PB when your currently losing strength on a cut? Can't see that happening personally, but good luck.
