Now, ti help you (if you care to listen); Push your hips through on all reps (do not hyperextend, just at least stand up straight).
Also, If you think 18" will drastically help with lockout you might be sadly mistaken. The position you start the 18" pull from is not the same as you'll find yourself in from that height when pulling from the floor... just something to bear in mind.

I have not seen any of your squat vids. This is in reference to the 18" deadlift vid I just saw, you do not complete the majority of your reps.

yea ive never had one before on either of my acc's lol. and he said he sent me a message.. and thats what i got, i thought it was weird acc being called janet and saying 'thanks, michael'. i just thought he was trying to do s**t lol

Nope that ain't me.Ok just listen otherwise your wasting time on your squat.learn the correct form now.Search on YouTube for the vid so you think you can squat.It will help you
