lol yeah just adding 2.5kg each time to the 5x5. since im dieting, rather than the usual +5

in a couple months ill be 100kg ish lol, which will be nice, taking pics every week lol will post when im done

yesh im doing a simmilar thing for my squat but just the one set and not ATG. and weaker. so have you lost any weight so far?

yeah but itll be like 99% water weightUnhappy. down 3 and 3/4 lb in 4 days.

nice deadlifts, 160 x 5 for 3 sets is pretty dam good especially when your losing weight! whats the body weight down to so far?

If you plan on breaking that pl record you are going to have to get some tech work in to sort that issue i think m8 , the sooner the better.
