Member 2141, 289 posts SQ 140, BP 120, DL 200460.0 kgs @ 114kgs UnEq | 29/05/2011 im getting weaker due to losing 3 pounds so far lol bench barx20 60x8 80x3 100x3 100x3 100x3 97.5x3 95x3 assisted by a finger on 2nd and 3rd set of 100 last rep to lock out incline 62.5x5 72.5x5 77.5x5 pr, upped all sets by 2.5kg this week 60x5 all 1 second pause close grip 60x5 these were coming up in like 0.1 of a second 80x3 so hard compared to 60 dont know what happened 90x1 s**t. floor press 60x5 80x4 s**t. decline bench 60x8 80x5 100x1 pr lol dip machine 40x8 80x8 120x8 160x8 120x15 skullcrushers on a slight incline 15x8 too easy 25x8 25x8 25x8 tricep pushdown 50x8 55x8 60x8 completely fried lol, big volume this workout but i figure ill kinda need it if im losing a bit of weight. my legs f**king kill from the paused leg presses. | ||

Video of this @ bottom of post underhand pulldown (same as a chinup) 60x8 70x8 80x8 yayy 2 more reps than last week cable low row 60x8 70x8 70x8 hammerstrength row 40x8 80x8 120x8 straight arm pulldowns (like asif you are lifting off from bench, put bring bar to your legs.) 40x8 50x8 60x8 e-z bar curls 20x8 25x8 35x5 http://s254.photobucket.com/albums/hh106/reeves_mage/Powerlift... 158kg. the axle weighs 38 my grip was failing on 4th and 5th rep up top struggled to lock out completely lol | ||
