thanks loveyyyy Happy pretty excited to see what my deadlift will be at the end of this year, 220 as a sensible goal but i think ill probably surpass that, fingers crossed!!

just thought id post that since i dont look as fat as i had thought lol.
113kg bw / 17 yr old. starting to cut down to 105kg so im taking a couple of pics along the way ha, love it or hate it i dont care lol

6'2 and maybe 1/2 i have ok triceps my close grip is probably equal/greater than my regular bench now lol as i have lost strength due to losing a bit of weight lately -.-

Your tall, so 105kg would be about right for you then.Your not too far away from your target. Keep up the good work.

just depressing losing strength ive either had 3 s**t bench days in a row now or i am a lot weaker for some reason :s

triceps are sore for the first time in a long while, probably over worked them Lol, will be doing less exercises and benching twice a week now.

a little note, after deadlifting the 175x5 my eyes and nose felt like they were going to explode, my eyes were pink. GO HARD OR GO HOME!

You're working like a machine just now dude. Really excellent pulling! I have no doubt at all you'll nail that 200 when you step up to it. You'll probably do even more!!
