Looking forward to your 200 attempt. It will be a great inspiration for myself if you and weigie hit your 200 dead target. 200kg Dead Lift coming up!!

found out the axle is 35kg, not 38 so minus 3kg from whatever i have said.

currently at 430 total, aiming for 517.5 this year with a 217.5 dead, 160 squat and 130 bench, any thoughts or comments?

decided to bench against bands Grin
i used medium blue bands as they are the only ones in my gym, theyre like an inch anda bit wide and 4-5mm thick.. tough as f**k. i pressed AGAINST them. i think about 5-10kg tension at bottom and 30-40 at top, this was f**king hard.
20kg+bands x8
30kg+bands x8
50kg+bands x8
60kg+bands x5 had more in tank
80kg+bands x2 this was very very hard lol, assisted on 2nd about 3/4 way up
strict press

30x5
40x3
55x3 sihtty i was gonna do 4x4 on this but no energy
50x4 hard just left it there
dumbbell shoulder press

25's x6
30's x6 stupidly hard lol
side raise

quick note that i forgot to point out, i was doing my banded reps as fast as possible, really felt it in my triceps even with jsut the bar and band tension, i like this type of training, i will do reverse bands on my chest day and against bands on my shoulder day, that way i get the variation and hopefully i should destroy all sticking points and become somewhat stronger on the bench Happy, thats the plan anyway!!

i think i have a pec strain/small injury, i think i originally got it when i was setting up my arch, by grabbing both sides of the bench, and it keeps reactivating when i bench n stuff like that, think ill go very light for the next couple of weeks, any advice? its like where the pec joins the shoulder

also it doesent hurt, and i cant feel it usually its just on that bench day and the day after, and i only feel it if i bring my arm back, ive jsut had a shower and the heat of the water has probably soothed it i cant even feel it now when i bring my arms back. so i dunno what the problem is.
