Hi, im new to this forum, my name is Dale and im 17 and from darlington in the northeast of england. i have been training for a year as of this week. got into actually training like a powerlifer roughly 6-7 weeks ago when i met a guy named Ben Rogers.
i have a log on powerliftinguk.com which i think will be discontinued as the forum is just too dead for my liking. rather than copying and pasting everything; http://www.powerliftinguk.com/showthread.php?22458-My-PL-Journ... so you can see what i've done in the past 6 weeks or so, but from now on i will be writing my log here, hope you all read and enjoy it. ciao for now.

Cheers man. my bench seems to be stuck though, its so f**king annoying however if you read what i said above, ive only been training legs for 2 months or so so my squat and dead will fly up. in the past 5 weeks my dead has went from 160 to 180 :-) will check your log too

140x1 wraps lmfaooo wat the hell how i did this so easily i do not know, way below parralell, only had the slightest pause about 1/3 of the way up, the 130 in wraps last week was a f**king massive struggle this was easier.. by far..
150xf, wraps. came down, way below parralell again sprung up about 3 inches then back down, fell backwards, bombbbbbbbbb, ah well, a painless experience.

well yeah but the stuff without wraps is a lot easier, and wrapped easier too, last week i needed a little hand with 130 in wraps.. this week it was like nothing

If you're playing about with wraps are there plans to get in full kit at any point?
