LOL 20x20 60x8 80x3 90x3 100x1 110x1 120x1 PRRRRRR floor press, with pauses 60x8 80x8 90x5 no spotter so didnt feel safe going higher, also uncomfortable lift off.. decline hammerstrength 40x8 80x8 120x8 160x6 this machine absolutely hammers your triceps, seriously lol. machine pec fly 40x8 60x6 70x5 close grip bench, found a new spotter, guy called gary who competes in britains strongest man :P 60x8 last rep paused 80x5 last rep paused 100x2 tough as f**k lol. front raises 7.5kg ea arm x 10, just the one set. side raises (since i neglect these tremendously), hanging onto side of a machine and leaning so that i get extra ROM. 10kgx10 ea arm 7.5kgx8 ea arm. 3 mile cycle home as per. | ||

PB was gonna leave it after the 130 but thought f**k it, widened stance by an inch or so because i had been doing it pretty narrow today and last week, gave it a crack and my god it was worth it... these were in the hole too, last one almost failed but i fought through it, VEEEEEEERY happy leg press 60x8 100x8 140x8 180x8 220x8 leg curl 50x8 50x8 50x8 goodmornings 50x8 60x8 i really hate these i have to let it roll to my finger tips as i lean forward, when i rack my shoulders r pretty sore and wrists hurt a little but its cool, they give a very good stretch on your hams and an epic pump on the lower back, with a nice few days soreness in the hams | ||
