not a bad day considering i've basically lived off liquid,2 shakes, 2 pints of coffee, 2 pieces of toast. weighed in at 17 stone 9lb this morning so weight has dropped considerably, about 4 pounds, which is good.
hoping for a 120 bench wednesday!!!!!!!!!!
