Thanks, I just try to do as I'm told generally and every now and again get drawn into competing! Only reason I managed to complete level 12 on death by clean and jerks is because I was going head to head with Liam and he'd stopped! Ha! I think we'll have to do that more often as I don't usually 'win' anything ( im ignoring the fact that I was lifting less than half of what he was lifting and on an easier implement)

I'm jealous of your log technique! Not alone there though I don't think.

Back feels better tonight. Won't be training mid week, he's now due back tomorrow! Whoop! Tech day sounds good not sure who else could be instructing, I won't get any lifting done if it's Gra!

Cheeky git Wink my advice is free but after that you can struggle with back ache!! Just take it steady with it now!

Your advice is always excellent and much appreciated but I have been known to capitalise on the fact that you're a talker to avoid actually doing anything! Will defo be trying out your technique next time.
