Deadlift 60 x 5 80 x 5 90 x 3 80 x 3 60 x 8 Seated oh db 10 x 5 8 x 10 8 x 10 Pull downs 26 x 10 33 x 5 33 x 10 And my hands seem to have survived the deadlifting! Started slipping on the 90 so didn't go any heavier but did cautiously continue with lower weights but that strategy seemed to work so I'm pretty pleased! | ||

You're amazingly naturally strong for never having done this before, I think on average about a BW dl for a woman is usual. Do you have a particularly athletic family, or any kind of sports background? I hope you stick with, 'cos I reckon you can go as far as you want. And if you can video your lifts, post them up, you'll get good advice. ETA; Do you use alternating grip? | ||
