I spent most of my childhood being incredibly overweight and doing very little sports wise. I've always walked quite a lot and have done the c2c walk in 13 days but that's about as good as it gets. Only started running 18 months ago and then everything else followed on from there. I do have a very good coach though and I'm very competitive! I do use an alternating grip usually. Planning to stick with it as I don't think I've ever been good at a sport naturally before! It's a whole new experience! | ||

Incline db 8 x 10 10 x 10 14 x 10 (best yet, previous best was 4 reps at 12.5!) Cables - no idea what I did is called, both arms pulling at same time from each side, from above shoulders on first 3 sets and from shoulder height on other sets. 6.25 x 10, x 2 7.5 x 10 6.25 x 10, x 2 Incline bp 30 x 10 40 x 10 Then we increased the incline 30 x 10 40 x 5 Seated oh 30 x 10 35 x 9 Db squats 12 x 10 20 x 10, x 2 | ||
