You're amazingly naturally strong for never having done this before, I think on average about a BW dl for a woman is usual. Do you have a particularly athletic family, or any kind of sports background?
I hope you stick with, 'cos I reckon you can go as far as you want. And if you can video your lifts, post them up, you'll get good advice.
ETA; Do you use alternating grip?

My family are one of the least athletic you'll ever meet! I spent most of my childhood being incredibly overweight and doing very little sports wise. I've always walked quite a lot and have done the c2c walk in 13 days but that's about as good as it gets. Only started running 18 months ago and then everything else followed on from there.

I do have a very good coach though and I'm very competitive! I do use an alternating grip usually. Planning to stick with it as I don't think I've ever been good at a sport naturally before! It's a whole new experience!

Started tonight's training with a 4 mile run in 38 minutes and then headed to the gym.

Incline db
8 x 10
10 x 10
14 x 10 (best yet, previous best was 4 reps at 12.5!)

Cables - no idea what I did is called, both arms pulling at same time from each side, from above shoulders on first 3 sets and from shoulder height on other sets.
6.25 x 10, x 2
7.5 x 10
6.25 x 10, x 2

Incline bp
30 x 10
40 x 10
Then we increased the incline
30 x 10
40 x 5

Seated oh
30 x 10
35 x 9

Db squats
12 x 10
20 x 10, x 2

Hope so! Pretty pleased with how the numbers are going up though, can't believe that I got 10 reps on the 14kg db as the 4 on the 12.5 were shaky 2 weeks ago!

I know that feeling well. I was fairly overweight until age 13 or so, and I cannot run for distance, which is what I've always thought of as athletic. The prospect of being actually, unqualifiedly strong is incredible to me. (As in, not just "for a girl", or "for a physicist" Wink )
