A good random exercise for tri strength is normal bench very heavy with a tiny range of motion like two inch or so. This really helped me a while back. If the rack is set right u can just sort of push up so it is unracked then lower again. Not one to do when the gym is busy as u look a t**t.

oh no, without a bit of leg drive my pressing is quite bad!! i do around 90 on incline barbell so sets of 5 at 100 would break me

stic at it mate i have for 2 or 3 weeks it may be a good way to get tha log press up i love it.

cheers mate training events tomorrow then was going to take a week off but never have before so think i'm just going to train tuesday thursday again.
