Journals and me just don't go together, when I train I hate writing stuff down or trying to remember it and it affects my training. I've tried about five times and it only ever lasts a few weeks.
Doing overhead, dead-lift and squat day. That's it. Like I mentioned on the comp thread trying to spend time with family so leaving it at that. No events until the comp... I didn't do any from leaving Scotland until the other comp anyway and to be honest it didn't make much difference. Would like to train log and stones but that's it.

i no what you mean about trying to get a balance with the family and that its not easy and at the end of the day its only a hobby...
good luck with your training mate but your getting your arse kicked in the comp lol
