New journal to keep a check on my progress coming upto April next year. Aiming to train 3 times a week – 2 events 1 gym day with an additional 2 sessions cardio running / skipping etc to keep the timber down.

Event training done at home in the garden.

Last comp was the “only the strong will survive” in Oct, injured my shoulder trying to press. Had 2 weeks off now I am ready to go.

BW 105kg bang on, could do with losing about 2-3 kgs belly.
All felt good, no real stress on the body, Sunday will train axle press and deadlift & farmers or yoke.

didnt get time to train over the weekend, so trained today. Ate loads of crap over the weekend but am still only 104kgs happy with that. Gonna try and get down to 100kg to start the new year and add slowly to maintain 105kgs.
