Only competed in 2 events as we had some problems at home and had to dart back – problem with having 5 kids. 1st event 180kg deadlift 6 reps got the 7th to mid shin. 5th place. 2nd event 90kg ftoh 6 reps. 4th place. Happy-ish, might take a break now from competing til next year. Really need to up the deadlift. Didn’t go bjj this morning but trained at lunch; Squats 60x5 90x5 120x5 150x3 160x1 170x1 175xf - not deep enough 150x3 120x10 | ||
