You're regularly hitting a 150 bench, that's good going.

I see you're down for the Christmas comp on the 8th Dec. That should be a good one for you. It clashes with something else for me else I'd be joining you.

yeah, the 150 feels good, am slowly increasing the weight on my 2x3 sets when i get a bit highter will try and hit a 155 or 160.

are you going ot do the opens? its a step to far for me, plus i am not really training most of the events morte bjj these days. but its a close comp and Marc always puts on a good show.

Evening stretch, 50 sit ups and core work.
COC No2 work 3x4 1x3 a few more weeks and i will buy the 2.5.

Bjj class, drilled a guard pass and had 2x5min rounds of sparring. Good atmosphere.

Hitting the beers this afternoon – looking forward to it.

I think the opens is a step too far for me and the novice a bit light. It's a case of dead last in opens or glory hunting in novice. Like you said Marc puts on a good show and I'd like to support him if I can.

65xf – left arm so close as I was filming the ipad decided to fall off the table it was on and now the screen is cracked. Mojo completely lost, and trying to not let the mrs see the damage. Had a call it a day. Que the trip to east London today to get it repaired.

Thanks mate, the 65 was there for the push press Sunday, shame I had to destroy the ipad, all fixed now though. Will be gunning for it this Sunday. Got to keep up with you.
