Sits ups 10x3 with 15kg plate.
1000m row in 4m.40secs can go a lot faster but will add this onto every weights session for a while.

AM dojo, the fight club is growing now 4 members so sparred with everyone. Really good but a lot of improvement needed.
Lunchtime weights, felt tired head wasn’t really in it.

AM dojo fight club, stretch and then 5x5min rounds sparring bjj. Cardio was lacking today.
Was going to go back at lunch for deadlift but was way too tired, subway instead and starting to feel half human again. Early night for me. On the pull side I was watching “pain and gain” at lunch I would recommend.
