Stretch Sit ups 30. | ||

Really good but a lot of improvement needed. Lunchtime weights, felt tired head wasn’t really in it. Deadlift 60x5 100x5 140x5 – felt heavy. 160x1 180x1 200xf 200x1 BOR 60x5 90x5 90x2 – felt a twinge in my bicep. 60x10 Some light curls, then hit the showers. | ||

Lunchtime weights Squats 60x5 100x5 140x1 150x1 160x1 170x1 180x1- wraps from now on. 190x1 160x2 140x2 Hammer curls and bicep curls to finish. Slowly working my way upto my max squat. | ||

Was going to go back at lunch for deadlift but was way too tired, subway instead and starting to feel half human again. Early night for me. On the pull side I was watching “pain and gain” at lunch I would recommend. | ||
