when i got my bonus from work (it really wasnt anything special) it was a pressie for myself and i am glad i got it, as after a few bills were paid it all disappeared. strength shop have them some times on sale. i would say its so much safer than my dumbbell handle as the weights slipped off them more than once.....good for grip work or rows plus it looks the Don and a good talking point. I remember the window cleaner talking to me saying it took 2 of them to pick it up haha.

thanks Oxman.

the thick dumbbell handle i got years ago, its 9 or 10kgs solid i got it from JT. i usually chalk the collars and now i use 2 each side. swings and roundabouts the solid ones are safer (i have some nice cracks on my paving slabs in the garden)but you cant add weight.

Ah got you, I have the ss version, its nice but so bloody uncomfortable on the shoulder due to plates and collars, just need to get used to it I guess!

Loads of CoC gripper action lots of doubles with the No2, stretch and core work.

Took a Judo class as my gym really good. just under 2hrs worked through about 10 different throws and will defo help my bjj lots of cross over.
