Had a word with myself for a lunch session and glad I did; Strict press Barx10 40x5 60x5 80x5 90x3 100x2 Push press 110x3 had so much more 120x1 No elbow straps today either!! Squats 60x5 100x5 130x5 150x3 Curls and hammer curls to finish. Feel so much better the endorphins have kicked in. | ||

I am pro for the dish Member 934, 998 posts SQ 205, BP 157.5, DL 215577.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | when i got my bonus from work (it really wasnt anything special) it was a pressie for myself and i am glad i got it, as after a few bills were paid it all disappeared. strength shop have them some times on sale. i would say its so much safer than my dumbbell handle as the weights slipped off them more than once.....good for grip work or rows plus it looks the Don and a good talking point. I remember the window cleaner talking to me saying it took 2 of them to pick it up haha. | ||
