I have got anything to carry if you know what' I mean, ie sandbags, kegs or stones most comps have aliasing event so just trying to work all angles. Didn't feel to bad, might have invest soon in something.

i was trying to mimic an atlas stone lift to shoulder. it really works the hips.

100kg farmers 10 single pick ups about 1 mins rest inbetween last rep 30 sec hold.

On Sunday I went down and competed in “London Strongman Novice” at a cross fit gym in south London.

Only competed in 2 events as we had some problems at home and had to dart back – problem with having 5 kids.
1st event 180kg deadlift 6 reps got the 7th to mid shin. 5th place.
2nd event 90kg ftoh 6 reps. 4th place.
Happy-ish, might take a break now from competing til next year. Really need to up the deadlift.

Didn’t go bjj this morning but trained at lunch;
