Don't worry about the missed reps. That's great volume relative to your 1RM. And you're through the 200 pounds barrier paused. Milestone!!! 100Kg here we come!

No probs ..Ashamed to report DOMS from last Pissy squats Cardio 15 mins Having a problem with the close grip presses as my bench rack/stands are narrow and I need to shift grip to avoid mashing my hands. After reading through old files and other logs I am considering floor presses and/or dumbell presses..Have to say that my tris were singing at the end of this workout though

Silver Surfer Member 163, 321 posts SQ 0, BP 95, DL 095.0 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | LIGHTER BENCH DAY....Still suffering from the dreaded lurgi....Competition in two weeks so hoping I will be shot of it by then....or do spotters carry a hanky in their back pocket to wipe your nose? Didnt have too much motivation but got it done as follows 50X10 70x2 80x1 92.5x1 pause 80x5x5x4 pulled out of last rep ..no spotter 72.5 close grip x6x6x6 Rear delts 3X12 Deadlift therapy upped it 5 kg.. easy peasy of course but resisting the temptation to step up too quick 1X laydown on sofa May I use this space to pay tribute to all those masters lifters who did so well in the European bench championships. You all have my greatest respect and admiration. In particular Fred Norman and Bill McF
