Good workout. You need to aim to set some good records that I can attack in 14 years time! Don't worry about the missed reps. That's great volume relative to your 1RM. And you're through the 200 pounds barrier paused. Milestone!!! 100Kg here we come!

Dead lift Rehab ...increased 20Kg... No probs ..Ashamed to report DOMS from last Pissy squats
Cardio 15 mins
Having a problem with the close grip presses as my bench rack/stands are narrow and I need to shift grip to avoid mashing my hands.After reading through old files and other logs I am considering floor presses and/or dumbell presses..Have to say that my tris were singing at the end of this workout though Unhappy

HEAVY BENCH DAY....A real grunt today.No idea why Maybe expecting too much as I have been on a roll for a few weeks Heres how it went

LIGHT BENCH DAY...Actually a mixed bag today..Not been feeling 100%.. possible cold on the way,
Decided I may enter Xmas Open in sunny Bournemouth.. if nothing else it may focus my training and longer term improvement. So with kleenex close at hand I got through it

Getting more confident with squat and d/l rehab work but wont rush it.Will settle for 100 for 8 reps going into the new year and then resume a sensible routine.

Another grunt session..Think I may have a chest infection ....might change my avatar and title to gobber if things dont improve...We have all had these bloody colds and things and have to work through them.If it were not for Christmas being so close I may have taken a week off,but since I had already planned a break at that time( as I will be away) I dont want to extend it further

We can get Castle here so perhaps it will work......my local brew hasnt helped that much!Grin

LIGHTER BENCH DAY....Still suffering from the dreaded lurgi....Competition in two weeks so hoping I will be shot of it by then....or do spotters carry a hanky in their back pocket to wipe your nose?
Didnt have too much motivation but got it done as follows

Deadlift therapy upped it 5 kg.. easy peasy of course but resisting the temptation to step up too quick
