Member 2236, 270 posts SQ 100, BP 60, DL 140300.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq | a very late worout today, been a busy one, sorting the knee high grass on the lawn, drilling holes in plates to bolt to my wheels for diy bumpers, the list goes on. made a less dom worrying attempt today, and tried out some more floh work and deads on my new axel bar Workout 2 AXEL FLOH MESS ABOUT 48k x1 48k x3 AXEL Deadlift's 3 x 8 68k x8 68k x8 68k x8 I loved these! done outside in the great weather and on the rubber mats so no back breaking lowering!, and the axel bar felt great gripwise Incline Bench Press 3 x 10 20k x10 25k x10 25k x10 BB Row 3 x 8 30k x8 30k x8 30k x8 DB Lat Raise 3 x 15 4k x15 4k x15 4k x15 seemed a bit better this time, still just the handles, but less if any swinging DB Rear Delt Flye 3 x 12 4k x12 4k x12 4k x12 *Again seemed better, pushed out last 3 reps of last set Seated BB Curl 3 x 8 23k x8 23k x8 23k x8 Skull Crusher 3 x 10 20.5k x10 18k x10 18k x10 happy with the session, some quick crap vids from today, i before i get grilled, had my kid all day so went out and about with flip flops on and just didnt realise when training lol AXEL FLOH 48K x3 set 2 of the deads at 3x8, 68k | ||

I'll take a look when I wake up tomorrow cheers buddy, working till 6am I haven't trained since last posting, hit a mental block with some personal and financial problems at home which i've had a while but stayed positive about, but now have come to a head and really hit me for 6 in the head, hopefully push through it and not lose the house or affect me and the mrs, still going to sort my s**t out and focus on the gym, ithink it's the one new thing in my life along with my daughter obviously that's kept me positive and focused!! Hopefully get a session in tomorrow afternoon or Saturday the latest and crack on again from there, I haven't missed recording a session on here since my first time training so you'll know how I'm getting on lol | ||
