cheers wiegie mate, yeah ive changed thiings up a bit, so different weights being tthrown around etc, just finding my feet really, will be moving onto different things soon enough, but enjoyin it atm all the same

A good volume and intensity of work with good work ethic also by the sounds of it.

my 1RM was 120k before repping them recently, felt easy so went for a 1rm at 140k, gutted i didnt stick 150k on once i realised i could get 2 reps out of 140k, still buzzing though, no belt or chalk or anything for months now! so will try to remember chalk to take to gym next time and be prepared when i go for it!

thanks both, still little league compared to you lot really, but all good for my more physique type training as appose to big numbers like you lot! although the numbers creeping up is nice Grin
