I am confused just a method to follow progress, helps get lifts up, especially with forgetting what was happening in previous session A = easy set, up the weight next session B = just managed the set, keep weight same next session C = didnt complete set, too heavy, decrease weight next session these change throughout each week, set, exercise etc, for example, if you have upped the weights on your first set compared to previous session the chances are set 2 or 3 will now become too heavy, im in early stages of training, so dont expect many C's atm | ||

Blah blah Away Thursday to Sunday, back for a week then away tuesday to friday, then Saturday oct 8th footy, Sunday lazy day, new start Monday 10th oct, going to look into a 3 day split for the first time, not sure how wise it is, and if I should really stick with a 2 day split due to other commitments, but once I'm focused I seem to get 3 sessions a week in all the time, diet to go with it, see what I can come up with and get my own personal suc on the go also, good thing is I have tht week off, so will get some doms out of the way! | ||

Member 2236, 270 posts SQ 100, BP 60, DL 140300.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 10.10.2011 @ 18:05 PM by littlemike69 glad to hear it tun today, up quite early, did some productive stuff, one being started sorting one of the outbuildings here at Mike Manor, got a big chest freezer put in there, will be whoring posts about meat, where to get it, and what the score is with freezing cooking etc some diet bits, today from waking up... whey with water 50g oats in semi skimmed milk, 2 teaspoons of sugar 200gms of chicken breast (these were 200gms once cooked Workout whey with water tblspoon of udos in 1/2 pint of orange juice just cooking up 250gms of lean steak mince in bolognese and extra virgin olive oil, drained fat off before adding bolognese, also wholwheat pasta, going to eat within an hour of my end of training then the plan is to just have whey with milk before bed, but i'm not sure if im that ready to be strict on late night snacks yet... session just done, new routine and some new exercises, so testing weight ranges and form etc B Deadlifts 1x5 90k x5 *Easy Bench 3x5 60k x5 PB 50k x5 50k x5 *only ever done 60k x1 before this being so new to trying to get into this Pull ups 3x8 5 3 3 *these are gunna take a while Front squats 3x5 40k x5 40k x5 40k x5 *form on these was awful, hard as f**k, work to be done to get right Seated dumbbells press 3x5 14k x8 14k x8 14k x8 *picked a weight and had a go, forgot it was supposede to be 5 reps, weak as s**t on these, but i think more than 14k next session knowing its 5 reps Rows 3x8 40k x5 45k x5 50k x5 *looking forward to getting back up the weights on these | ||
