PB on 5x5 as only done 3x3's as this weight a long time ago! then just went all out to get a new PB, vids below for form/cheating critique!? BB rows 40k x5 40k x5 40k x5 40k x5 40k x5 *all good Ez-curls 28k x5 28k x5 28k x5 28k x5 28k x5 *pushed out last 2 reps, these aint going up, might keep other exercises the same for a bit to try up these | ||

(i know how you are doing it is how ripptoe sets up) but i think it will stop the bar moving out a little and stay nice n close to your body BEAST !! keep training buddy ! | ||

The first vid I have is without gloves and nearly tore my finger open again! Yeah I was further away from the bar before ripptoe instruction, so I'll go through it next week, should I be worried about my toes coming up the way they do at the top of the locking out? Only just noticed that!? @general ill, cheers! I only got the pad same time as cage as it was a freebee and someone I train with moaned about the bar! I don't really care for using it tbh, I like the bruises! | ||

Was plenty fast in the video and well done on the PB lifting that's great stuff. Obviously I'm no deadlifting guru by a long way (I do about a set a week haha) but as you asked Lookin' good man | ||

Listen to the wise old Boar re the DL Re: Squats if you don't already have some get oly shoes for squatting (and overhead), also watch all the videos you can of olympic litters squatting that's how it should be done | ||

I'll look into the shoes, Any suggestions where to look or pointers at what I'm looking for? I'm constantly trying to look at vids, going to get into te elite fitness "so you think you can squat" vids next week and compare and adjust my form towards them and see how it goes, looking forward to it, also in touch with my friend locally who entered the last welsh strongman comp which I think was in march (his first comp an came 5th) for some pointers and to show me some stuff | ||
