Member 707, 1517 posts | did a light day with low rest stuff (which killed me)and also not using things like belts etc now so stuff feels little heavier but its making me keep technique a little prettier also today was about being fast on concentric slow eccentric all 45 seconds rest front squats 4 sets 10 at 70kg lunges with dumbbells 4 sets 10 25kg dbells leg extension 4 sets 10 60kg calve raises | ||

Member 707, 1517 posts | two sessions here again light upper body day supposed to be 4 sets of 8 but had no spotter so never went all out 100kg x8 100kg x3 sets 7 incline chest press 4 sets of 8 with 30kg dbells heavy lower body squats built up in sets of 3 60,80,100,120 140x1 145x1 pb (almost lost it with cramp) 6 sets 4 at 120kg short sessions these days | ||

Member 707, 1517 posts | gym session (need to have a strongman one soon) deads 6 sets 4 at 200kg with some back exercise on cable between sets bench 6 sets 4 at 110kg with flies between sets squats 6 sets 4 at 120kg wit leg extension between pretty happy to do this with timed rest because last time tried same weights it killed me and had to take a while to get reps out also worked up to 140kg on the squats before sets 9trying my hardest to get better at them) | ||

Member 707, 1517 posts | cheers Chris another relatively productive session at the gym where i got to see some big improvements from a few months ago power cleans was aiming for 4 sets of 6 2 sets 6 at 100kg 1 sets 4 then failed at 100kg 2 sets 6 at 80kg did seated dumb bell shoulder presses 4 sets 6 at 35kg dbells (i think) front squats wanted 4 sets 6 again but to be honest i couldnt be arsed 1 set 6 at 100kg then just 3 sets 3 at 100kg being a bit lazy then started repping lots at 60kg (i think, was a few days ago) pretty happy with this as my clean pb is 105 and fronts are 110 but going to go for a day of p.b's before i go away to find out | ||

Member 707, 1517 posts | cheers mate. decided to do some bench yesterday and see how i got on for a new pb and it went well which was nice warmed up then in triples did 100,110.120 doubled 130 (previous pb) 140 x 1 for pb 142.5 x f i just missed the lockout so pretty confident i can maybe get it in a few weeks if i try again. then did a few sets at 100x10 100x9 100x7 then just blasted out 30 at 60kg for some reason did some chins supersetted with some back work started front squatting but my left leg was really hurting (think its all the squatting and hardly resting) so left it and went and got pissed | ||
