I'd say that your performance at the northern qualifier was one of things that really motivated me to give u90k strongman a go so being beaten into second place by you today seems somehow appropriate if that makes sense.

Thanks again to all the nice comments. started training again now and really trying to stop messing around because now il have to put in an ok(ish) performance next time Unhappy.

deads
200kg 6 sets of 4 all pretty fast with 60 seconds rest between sets
bench
110kg 6 sets of 4 felt pretty good so most sets paused with 60 seconds rest
front squats built up to 110kg (p.b) messing around because i was fooked by this point

back squats
115kg 6 sets 4 trying to be fast up
lunges and leg curls to finish
absolutely killing me now

going to try get down to more of these sunday sessions at olympic after meeting everyone.
