What's your eating like on that program? I'm assuming it's the "eat everything that can be chewed or swallowed" diet including upholstry and live animals if no fire is available?
That's some heavy sessions!

cheers buddy, diet is a work in progress, clean but lots of! having a bit of help with it so hopefully get there, basically all i eat is listed below, then had the 1st plan made up for me to get started...

Chicken (pretty much love all chicken)

Meal 1
30g whey in water (immediately upon waking)
2 egg omelette - 2 whole eggs, 20g light cheddar, 10ml olive oil for cooking
2 slices thick wholemeal toast, light olive oil spread
1 apple

Meal 2
100g chicken breast, 2 slices thick wholemeal bread, 20g extra light mayo, Salad
10g cashews

Meal 3
Bolognese - 100g tinned tomatoes, 150g lean beef mince, 50g wholemeal spaghetti, , garlic flakes
1 Apple

Meal 4
Chicken Tikka Masala - 150g chicken breast, 35g Patak's Tikka Masala paste, 100g tinned tomatoes, 100g low fat natural yoghurt, 60g basmati rice

Train 1 hour later

Meal 5
PWO - 50g whey protein, 30g maltodextrin, 30g dextrose

Meal 6
Protein Ice Cream - 200g quark, 200g bio yoghurt, 10g cocoa powder, 10g crushed almonds (mix all ingredients and freeze for around 20-30 minutes max)

Meal 7
40g whey, 300ml skimmed milk, 20g natural peanut butter

my diet is s**te, and literally pretty much only whats there!

lol, its literally everything i eat, and probably close to saying i wont eat anything else thats not on that list!, i'll be eating a plenty! back to another dom worthy sesshion tomorrow again, probably a fair few days worth again, soon get into this new routine tho...

back from my break, attempted workout 2 from the new routine this afternoon, purposely went with low weights to ease into the routine, few notes on this as i go through.....

started using the A, B, C method today;-

A = Easy weight range, increase next time

B = Struggled with weight range, keep the same next time

C = Failed with weight range, decrease next time

1st time today though and weights purposely low obviously, which is why i havent gone the whole hog of abc method per set, just for the complete set/rep ranges this week..

*Not sure about correct form with these at my first time doing them, could feel triceps starting to burn towards the end of the sets, i seemed to be changing position of my arms throughout, thinking a fair bit about positioning, i filmed the last 2 sets, may put them up if i feel like getting slated!?

Overall i'm pleased that i'm back into training after a week off from the only session after the initial 3 weeks off, liking the new routine and getting to do more exercises, as always i'm not too bothered about lifting massive weights, more bothered about getting into some decent hypertrophy training, but i do want to get to the stage where my hypertrophy weight ranges are at good weights at least, all in time i know, but will do some focus training in the future if lacking in areas etc or want to have a go at strength training etc

Get those videos up man. analysing this s**t is the way to go and there are LOADS of guys on here who'd be glad to help. Looks like things are coming together now with the way you're thinking about stuff.
Don't worry about doing low weight on the lateral raises it's much safer this way and works better. keep your arm totally straight and let leverage provide the resistance.You see so many guys powering these things up with leg strength and it looks like an injury waiting to happen.
The leverage is difficult to work with so keep it as light as it needs to be.

stiff leg deads from a few weeks ago, feel a bit better abot them now


already had some advice about doing the crushers higher up and to the forehead rather than behind the head, looks better to try tbh

also had a first time go at some FLOH work, never done before, but stuck low to have a go....

not sure why i didnt just go down to 63k after the fail, feel the bodyweight effort i failed could easily be achieved with form, didnt use any legs or push/jerk for any of the reps, so lots more to go through those movements too so happy enough at my first attempts

Yeah I'd agree about taking the weight to the forehead on skullcrushers.

Nice overhead work. I'm hoping to see a nice 63KG FTOH up next session! Really strong pressing, well done!

cheers buddy, i'll be trying out the crushers in that way wednesday or thurs, yeah i'm hoping to get up to 63k at least, all new though, so have to guage when to try them and what weights before the top weight of the session, i still think 73k would have gone up with 1 less rep of the other weights, i could be massively wrong though! lol

oh, i'm also going to straigned up the legs on stiff leg deads, and just lower as much as poss, work towards getting the stretch enough to do them off a block
