Felt absolutely knackered, moved house recently and sleep has been low.

Pullups

40kg x 2 cables (so 80kg extra from cables) x 2

Again not sure how much actual weight the cables give, but felt heavy!

Also weighed 82kg today, need to eat more

training was good on Saturday set some targets! 165 kg squat, 220 deadlift, 105 overhead all can easily be achieved for you imo
