Front Squat

Worked up to a 115kg DOH acle deadlift and also did some holds on 90kg and some farmer's hold at the start of the session on around 70kg for 1 min

The back squats 150 was good, but the 155 was maximal. The front squats had more there

Thanks very much both, out on the piss and about to do some karaoke so the vids will get uploaded tomorrow. Training will be go down in poundage next week or two and some pre hab work done, then build up to Midland's starts in earnest.
