4 sets of pull ups varying grips.

Managed to strain my mid back mildly which causes pain when rotating to the left or right, hopefully something minor I can sleep off.

Pull ups and fat gripz holds to finish. Some graft but the majority is pissweak.

EZ Curls and pull ups to finish.
