Thanks mate. It was heavy enough for the day as I'd already done some working sets before it and just fancied taking some singles whilst I felt strong and was training in a group. If I keep everything fast and explosive over the coming weeks I think 145-150 is realistic sometime soon.

Treadmill Run
20 minutes

Took part in some lactate threshold testing as part of a physiology practical this afternoon. Speed of the treadmill was increased every 4 minutes. My last blood lactate measurement was 15 lol absolutely f**ked by the end of it.

Having completed my 9 week strength training cycle that I set out for myself at the start of the year, I decided to take a deload week. Got a niggle in my hamstring and shoulder so I decided just to do some light work this week and do some different things just for fun.
