It was heavy enough for the day as I'd already done some working sets before it and just fancied taking some singles whilst I felt strong and was training in a group. Speed of the treadmill was increased every 4 minutes. My last blood lactate measurement was 15 lol absolutely f**ked by the end of it. | ||
