110 x 7 is nice. And I don't think I'd get 130 either, I seem to lose my head as the weight gets really heavy.

Yeah me too Im really bad at singles. I hit 115x5 at the end of a cycle in around july / august and then went on to bench 130 around 2 weeks later so Im hoping to be back in PB territory after another cycle. 135 would be nice

I tend to just stay away from singles, as I'm not good at them either, and if I miss one I know I should get it can eat away at my confidence. I'm not training for anything that requires me to do big singles so I'm happy to leave my ego at the door as long as I'm still getting stronger. I like to just build up on 531 to the point were I'm repping my old 1RM. Maybe do a 1RM on each lift every 6 months from now on, unless I'm training with a big group and get egged on of course Happy

Yeah seems like a good approach, Ill be introducing some paused singles on the bench after my main work in my next cycle for powerlifting comp in march.

Foam roll back, quads, it bands
Shoulder prehab
Band push downs
Band face pulls
Tennis ball rolls on pecs
Static stretches QL, piriformis, glutes, hamstrings, quads

All done in around 20 minutes. Needed to loosen up after yesterday's events.
