I hit 115x5 at the end of a cycle in around july / august and then went on to bench 130 around 2 weeks later so Im hoping to be back in PB territory after another cycle. 135 would be nice | ||

I'm not training for anything that requires me to do big singles so I'm happy to leave my ego at the door as long as I'm still getting stronger. I like to just build up on 531 to the point were I'm repping my old 1RM. Maybe do a 1RM on each lift every 6 months from now on, unless I'm training with a big group and get egged on of course | ||

Needed to loosen up after yesterday's events. | ||
