Cheers mate! They felt awesome for the first time in a while, going to triple 185-190 next week with no belt then a belted 210-215 single the week after. Should be back around 220 within 5 weeks.

Im having to cram a weeks worth of training into two days this week. For this reason I just hit two core lifts today and will hit the other two tomorrow, had a really enjoyable session.

Conditioning

80m Hill Sprint
1x6 - in 8:22 with recovery walk back
1x2 - 2 min rest between

Stair Sprints
1x3

Knee was playing up throughout.

Lifting

Squat
Abandoned.

Plan was to double 150 but it became apparent at 100 that I was in abit of trouble with my knee. Pushed on to 120 and 140 but the knee pain was causing me to squat differently. Decided to be sensible and back off before a niggle became and injury.

Haven't updated this since I got back from holiday, I train mostly like a bodybuilder now. Bodyweight is 80kg last thing at night not too sure what I am in the morning. Waiting for surgery to repair two hernias aswell.

Over last 5 weeks Ive been doing quite well Ive hit:

Squat no belt or sleeves: 115x11, 120x10, 130x6
CG Bench: 115x6, 120x5 PB
Deadlift no belt: 160x8 DOH PB, 170x9 PB, 180x5
Military Press: struggling atm only hit 70x6 and 75x4
Weighted Dips: 20x20 30x15 40x10 50x6 all PBs
Snatch Grip Press: 40x8 PB 45x6 PB

Also did 11x85m Hill sprints for a PB this week aswell
