9 sets of pull ups done between sets.

Didn't push deads today, tired from yesterday and I trained upstairs so every rep had to be put down like a negative! Felt ok though, did an extra rep with 185 but thumbs couldn't take anymore so left it there.

Press was ok considering I've done a weeks worth of training in 3 days. Speed just wasn't there on bench which is understandable so dropped to 80 for last set which was good. Time to rest up until Monday and eat like a bear!

Did abit of light training today whilst helping Sean for his dissertation.

Some Power cleans up to 70kg 5 singles. Abysmal technique, true to form. Embarassed

Log cleans 70kg x 5 singles. 2 of which were "power" cleans as appose to my usual style.

Log push press. 70kg x 3 singles

Barbell Push press 70kg x 3 singles

If I remember rightly, my peak power output on the barbell pushpress was 3000 N

Not sure if Ill be doing any proper training tomorrow as Ive got some kind of painful upperback impingement and my left glute has been spasming on and off for the last couple of days.
