DL: 5xbar, 3x60kg, 3x100kg, 3x140kg, 3x160kg 1+F 180kg // went for the double at 180kg, was slow off the floor so just left it. Energy levels pretty low today.
Good Mornings: 10xbar,25kg, 30kg, 35kg, 40kg // Coach came over and said my style was s**t and to do RH instead next time. Fair enough, plan has been changed. Gave me a nice chat about how we are going to build my squat up from the bottom, work on style. Start the weight light and aim for reps.
Dips: bw 5x8 // nice I thought
Lat pulldowns: 5x8

Speedo was packed, but then the misses informed me that the town we are going to in Spain does not have a beach, its like 2 hours drive to the beach, also no hotel pool.

Back to back session, 2 days in a row.
Bodybuilding club

Squats: 10xbar, 1040kg, 12,14,10,10,10 60kg // first squat session with the coach. He got me to squat to parallel to stop me bouncing and I changed to high bar. Brutal, with no bounce I am even more of a squat weakling. Slowly build up the weight and down the reps.
DB bench: 5x10 // db in lbs no idea how much they weight
Rows super setted with preacher curls because its a Friday night baby, hitting the town.

Made some awesome shapes on the dance floor, I still got the moves.

Squats: 10xbar, 10x40kg, 65kg x 10,8,7,5,5 // brutal and humbling, coach watched my last 2 sets and was happy with my form.
strict OH press: 10xbar, 8x30kg, 8x35kg, 40kg x 8,6,5
10 reps Decline DB press supersetted with 3 pullups: 3 rounds
Curls.
Walk home.

DL: 5xbar, 5x60kg, 3x100kg, 3x140kg, 3x160kg, 1x180kg // made sure to "preload" my hamstrings so my hips started higher. Was easy rep and it should be.
Lat Pulldowns 5x10
Tricep pushdowns Supersetted with Reverse hypers 3x10

Flying to Madrid tomorrow, weekend on the beach!

Into my supplement stack, 3 shakes a day for the last two days, tummy not used to it yet. Also have not got the caffeine levels in my pre training concoction sorted yet. How the hell am I meant to measure 0.3g?

Bench: 10xbar, 8x40kg, 8x60kg, 6x70kg, 3x80kg, 3x80kg, 2x80kg // pecs still sore from yesterday
Deadlift: 5xbar, 5x60kg, 3x100kg, 3x140kg, 2x160kg, 1x190kg // got fired up for the last one, was steady off the floor slowed past the knees but locked out ok.
8 x Dips + 10 x RH 4 rounds super setted.

I got some drug dealer type scales from my protein which u can measure out very small amounts with. Good till they broke lol. Even got a pill making 'machine' but didn't last long f**king about with that

These could be handy, will need to check how it does with my next order.

Good chi for my session today (except that I benched more than I squatted, hope no one notices), strength level is good.

Monday @ hardcore BB club

Squats: 10xbar, 8x50kg 5x60kg 5x5 75kg // form form form.
Bench: 10xbar, 3x60kg, 3x70kg, 3x80kg, 5x80kg, 2x90kg // SWEET as. Good hand offs by Tom the tank. Nice lifts, last one ground out but all me. I can hear something russling in my bag.
DB Press: 10, 10, 8, 3, 4
Pullups 3 supersetted with Row machine 15, 3 rounds.
DB flys //pumped.
