Sunday Morning:
Peak of 5x5 will deload squat and bench next session.
Squats: 10xbar, 5x60kg, 3x80kg, 5x5 100kg - horrible but not that ugly maybe missed depth on a couple. Will deload down to 85kg to work on form next time.
Bench: 10xbar, 5x50kg, 3x60kg, 80kg, 5,5,5*,5*,3* - * bodybuilder style with my spotting buddy using his fingers "its all you buddy". deload to 70kg again next session.
Dips: 9,9,10 - dips feeling good today.
RH Machine: 10 x 10 up to 140kg
Curls with my new Nigerian gym buddy

Little rushed session
Fronties: 5xbar, 5x40kg, 3x50kg, 3x60kg, 3x3 72.5kg
Cleans: 5xbar, 5x40kg, 3x60kg, 3x65kg, 3x70kg, 3x72.5kg - missed one on 72.5kg but was easy enough when I focused.
DL: 3x100kg, 3x120kg, 3x140kg, 3x160kg - quick quick, keeping hips down
DB Press: 8x12.5kg 8x 15kg, 8x 17.5kg, 5x 20kg - weak day
some DB rows.

Sneaked off to the gym this morning to make up for short sessions this week. Not a real workout as I did not squat or DL.

Got the shoes! Was deadlift day, but as I got the shoes it became squat day.

Took my CoC to work yesterday so my fingers and forearms are sore today.

Warmup
Squats: 10xbar, 5x60kg, 3x80kg, 3x100kg, 2x110kg, 2x120kg 10x60kg - felt good with the new shoes. Higher heels than the ironworks and better looking. 2nd 120kg rep my back crumpled like a wet paper bag but I still got it up. 2x110kg was good my Polish buddy came over and gave me a "perfect" and thumbs up.
Bench: 10xbar, 5x40kg, 3x60kg, 5x5 72.5kg - focused on pulling the bar apart felt better than last weeks.
Dips: bw+1.25kg 10,9,10 - slow steady progression.
Lat pull downs: 10 blocks 3x8
Curls.

Session felt good, most satisfying session i have had in a while.

Power Cleans: 5xbar, 3x60kg, 3x70kg, 2+1F 80kg - Could have gone back in and got the third but decided against it on the off chance that I missed it.
DL: 5x100kg, 3x120kg, 3x150kg, 3x180kg - felt f**king awesome.
RH Machine: 10x10 up to 160kg, then 5x200kg to see what that felt like.

Thursday After work

Squats: 5xbar, 5x60kg, 3x80kg, 3x100kg, 3x107.5kg, 3x 115kg , 10x70kg // weight probably just right, last rep at 115kg could feel back collapsing and sat there for a second mid squat before I came up. Plan is to back off 5 kg smash them, then work up again smashing everything.
OH Jerk Press: 5xbar, 5x40kg, 3x60kg, 3x65kg, 3x70kg, 3x75kg // stoked about these, followed spugs pearl of wisdom and made sure bar was really sitting tight on my chest before the dip. 70kg jerk was pretty convincing, 75kg had to press out the last bit.
DB Press strict: 8x 12.5kg , 8x 15kg, 8x 17.5kg 5x 20kg

Public holiday in Ireland, my gym was closed 3 days back holiday weekend. So made a mission and took the misses on a special treat to a new disco gym. Did some benching and squats with her, she loved it.

Slightly hungover and sleep deprived from last night, still a good session .

Bench: 10xbar, 5x40kg, 5x60kg, 3x80kg, 3x85kg - went up quickly.
Dips: 10,10,7 - exhaustion kicking in
Lat pull downs.

Fronties: 5x60kg, 3x65kg, 3x75kg, 3x85kg
DL: 3x100kg, 3x130kg, 2x160kg, 1x175kg, 1x190kg \\ laying in bed last night, was thinking I should nailed a 190kg DL tomorrow.
RH Machine: 6x10 up to 180kg

OH day, Saturday

Squats: 6xbar, 5x60kg, 3x80kg, 3x100kg, 3x110kg, 1x117.5kg 10x80kg \\ did not feel solid today hips wobbling around. Got semi pinned with the last 110kg and ground it out felt like hours. When I came out my buddy was laughing because it took me so long to finish it. So just nailed a single at 117.5kg which was a little rushed.
OH Press: 5xbar, 5x40kg, 3x60kg, 3x70kg, 1x75kg, 1x80kg, 1x85kg \\ all of them flew up, nah bother. BW overhead very very soon.
DB Rows, DB press
Random DB stuff.

As I got ready to squat my buddy came and ask if I was doing legs again today
Squats: bar, 5x60kg, 3x80kg, 3x95kg, 3x110kg, 2x120kg, 1x122.5kg 10x82.5kg // second at 120kg back folded. 122.5kg was ok a little rushed maybe. Tried to get my elbows more under the bar as I drove up. 10x82.5kg had me gasping.
Bench: bar, 3x50kg, 3x70kg, 3x77.5kg, 3x80kg, 3x85kg // fine
Dips: 10xbw 2x8 bw+5kg
Lat Pull downs.

Bodybuilding club

Squats: 5xbar, 5x60kg, 3x80kg, 3x100kg, 2x110kg, 2 x 5 80kg // 110k very rough grinders. Got the coach over to watch my form. He just checked my depth said it was fine, also said my form was s**t, 3 red lights for pausing half way dropping a little and grinding it out.
DB Bench: loads supersetted with
standing row machine

Will only get back to the gym on Friday. Agggh...
Got chirped by the bodybuilders for not training 5 days a week like they do. Mental.
