The sun was out today so was a very sexy session at the Unit20. All 4 of the U90s beasts had the tops off and glistening in the sun.

Log: 5x35kg, 5x45kg, 5x57.5kg, 3x60kg, 3x62.5kg, 1x67.5kg, 1x77.5kg pb 1x80kg PB! - sweet
Axle DL: 5x75kg, 3x 115kg, 3x155kg, 3x175kg, 1x190kg, 1Fx200kg - so close on the 200kg just lost the grip before I locked it.
Standing arm over arm on the grass: 30m with 20kg sled, 30m with 40kg sled 1:06 - ITRG the legendary U90 master beat me by 3 seconds!

Its ok, I only did the base meso 3 week cycle of it. Just cant work out how to change my logs title.
Its a good program and probably got me over a plateau. No miracle cure though.

Last official training session (probably) at the Unit. Start of a new plan, kind of hybrid of jackals squat and Unit20 8532+
Plan is to be more consistent with assistant lifts, back squat twice a week and fronties once a week.

Squat: 10xbar, 5x60kg, 5x80kg, 2x8 100kg - tough but easy
Crazy head to head tyre flipping challenge with the drewmiester. I dropped out and the apprentice took over at 20 flips.
I got owned! Baldy: 20, Apprentice: 30 Drew: 50 - Hat off to them for that
Bench: 8x65kg, 5x70kg, 3x75kg, 2+6 80kg - sweet
Dips: 10, 6 bw+5kg, 8 bw+5kg
Reverse Hypers: 10, 10, 10kg plate 15

First session back in Irish gym so took it easy, need to get used to the new racks and wonky bars.
Stretch
Cleans: 8x60kg, 5x60kg, 3x65kg, 3x67.5kg - something still not lekker in my right lat back area
DL: 3x60kg, 3x100kg, 3x130kg, 3x155kg, 3x175kg - easy enough, form felt horrible. Struggled with no chalk until the last set, when your man lent me some.
Fronties: 3xbar, 3x40kg, 3x55kg, 3x60kg, 3x65kg - very careful with these, cos its how I tweaked my lat in the first place.
Standing DB Press: 8x10kg, 12.5kg, 15kg, 17.5kg
Plank: 3x60 seconds feet more elevated each set.

Spent the rest of the day sitting in the park with the misses.

Took the plunge and signed up to the sawdust gym. The man gave me a nice friendly chat and talked up the discount he was going to give me, so I let him talk the talk. When all was said and done he knocked 15 euros off the 3 month membership. 235 euros for 3 months, my orifices are bleeding.

Stretches
Squats: 10xbar, 5x60kg, 3x80kg, 2x6 105kg
Push Press: 10xbar, 3x50kg, 8x55kg, 5x60kg, 3x65kg, 4x67.5kg - could have done more, probably.
Rows: 8x 60kg, 65kg, 67.5kg
Pull ups: 3,4,2,4,1.5,4 - alternating wide and narrow grip

Aye, my old ones from the cult don't fit anymore. So have moved up to big boys sizes and started buying a new wardrobe. I picked the white ones, my missed picked the red trendy ones I wore today.

Any news on the shoes? I am putting my squat F down to not having the correct footwear. You can actually see my heels lifting at the bottom of the lift.

Warmup
Squat: 10xbar, 5x60kg, 3x80, 1x90kg, 5x110kg, 4+1F 110kg - lost the last one forward f**k!!!
Bench: 10xbar, 5x40, 3x60kg, misrackedx4, 4x67.5, 5x72.5kg, 3x80kg, 5x85kg - I like benching.
Dips: 10,5,5 - will do 3x8 next time
DIY RH: bwx20 bw+10kg 15,12 - awesome back pump.

Saturday morning session, some beasts at the gym. One suggested I did fronties with crossed arms rather than oly style, he lost points.
Cleans: 8x60kg, 5x62.5kg, 3x67.5kg, 3x70kg - better form, started deeper but less speed
DL: 3x100kg, 3x140kg, 3x160kg, 3x185kg - pisses me off so much that I cant stop my back rounding.
DB Press: 8x12.5kg, 15kg ,17.5kg, 5x20kg
Fronties: 5xbar, 5x40kg, 3x57.5kg, 3x62.5kg, 3x67.5kg

Rows: 8x62.5kg, 67.5kg, 70kg - strict form no belt felt nice
Pullups: 2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,1,1 alternating grips between sets

Warmup
Squats: 10xbar, 5x60kg, 3x80kg, 2x100kg, 2x120kg, 1+F 120kg - getting weaker for f**ks sake. Lost it backward this time. Back to the squat training program drawing board.
Bench: 10xbar, 5x40kg, 3x60kg, 8x70kg, 5x75kg, 3x85kg, 3x90kg - new rep pb so my bench is getter better and catching my squat, great.
Dips: 8,8,8
Reverse hypers: 10 bw, 15 bw+10kg. 15 bw+15kg.

HOLLY s**t you can get a full year membership up here for £240 and we have a s**t load of equipment

Double and single at 120 is ok though man. Were you shooting for 3's though? Losing backwards unusual eh.
