Reverse Band Bench 120KGx3 easy 130KGx3 150KGx3 hard Green band which I am told is average strength - was great ego boost - pretty much same as having a ultra multiply shirt on lol Pin Press Rack lockouts 110KGx3 120KGx3 130KGx3 PR Close-Grip Bench 61.5KGx10x3 Didn't do rows as part of experiment to see what squatting would be like the next day TODAY: Squat 127.5KGx5 142.5KGx3 160.0KGx2 Was really hard as so tired but got real depth Speed Squat Suit on 135KGx10x2 Reverse Crunch 10KGx12x3 Hamstring Curl 50KGx12,12,8 Ad/bductor Adductor 83KGx10,10,12,10,10 Abductor 96KGx12,12,12,12,15 | ||

The other one I use for assistance inclines no good as its either too vertical such that I hit my chin or too low an incline 45KGx5 50KGx5 52.5KGx10 + 2 Seated Incline Bench 33.5KGx15 High incline 38.5KGx12 43.5KGx10 Low incline 48.5KGx8 Chin-Up x9,8,6,6,6,5,7,6,5,7 in between all sets | ||

Deadlift 162.5KGx3 172.5KGx3 182.5KGx3 Had a lot of difficulty keeping the bar near my shins this time around - so it rolled away a lot. Not too worried about only hitting minimum reps - conserve energy for next week Seated Good Morning[/i[ 50KGx8x3 Worked up to 50KG with the safety squat bar (amazing) - took advice from the new !So you think you can squat" video - very useful. Felt huge burn all over back. Band Ab Pulldown Apparantly 90KGx12x3 but band probably affected it somehow GHR BWx15,15,15 Waited several seconds on final set in between each rep | ||
