Thanks man, I dunno about explosive - my form needs a lot of work and cuz I pull sumo, the bottom of the lift is the toughest part!

The speed sets were ok - probably too much weight but speed far decent

Yesterdays workout, tried squat suit on for the first time - an inzer hardcore

Squat

125.0KGx5

Put suit on - I tried it on without any assistance on Thursday when I received it from a mate along with knee wraps. Needless to say it was devastating, made my thighs elephantine and most interestingly gave me tiger stripes initiation marks

Didn't go to well because I had no grip on the form - instinctively had to go wider so I didn't fall forward as the suit seemed to pull me forward.

140KG, 150KG, 160KG, 170KG - depth was questionable on each of these tbh. 180KG put on the wraps and did 190kg and failed badly on two 200kg attempts. Called it a day after that

Royally effed lower back up - had this mad idea to do 3 sets of assistance deads and 3 sets of hip thrusts at the same weight but lower back screwed - very annoying
