Was worried about the plates landing on my feet as my stance was pretty dam wide. Way better than expected...obviously..looks like chin-ups absence yesterday is to thank for this

Ok so last week did deloads for each day - didn't really see point of putting them up (exams too)

Seated Press

Bit of a b**ch as seated bench i wanted not available. The other one I use for assistance inclines no good as its either too vertical such that I hit my chin or too low an incline

Today was pretty bad - deadlifts were really hard and left knee sore

Had a lot of difficulty keeping the bar near my shins this time around - so it rolled away a lot. Not too worried about only hitting minimum reps - conserve energy for next week

Worked up to 50KG with the safety squat bar (amazing) - took advice from the new !So you think you can squat" video - very useful. Felt huge burn all over back.

Band Ab Pulldown

Apparantly 90KGx12x3 but band probably affected it somehow
